Questified Salted Caramel Cold Brew

Yields: 3 Servings |  Serving Size: 1 glass

Calories: 120 | Protein: 10g  | Fat: 9g | Net Carbs: 1g 

Total Carb: 2g

Prep Time: 10 minutes  | Cook Time:  6  | Total Time: ~ 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 packet stevia
  • 2 cups chilly brew, unsweetened
  • 1 Quest Salted Caramel Protein Shake
  • 1 ½ cups ice cubes

Method

  1. Place the heavy whipping cream and stevia right into a mixing bowl and use a handheld mixer to beat till fluffy.
  2. Pour the chilly brew espresso between three serving glasses and fill with ice.
  3. Pour the salted caramel protein shake over the chilly brew.
  4. Top with the whipped cream and revel in!

HOMEMADE QUEST CEREAL

Yields: 3 Servings |  Serving Size: 1/3 of accomplished recipe: 1 bowl

Calories: 210 | Protein: 25g  | Fat: 8g | Net Carb: 5g 

Total Carb: 17g 

Prep Time:  3 minutes | Cook Time: 3-5 minutes | Total Time: ~ 10 minutes (contains cooling time)

  • 2 Quest Cookies & Cream Protein Bars
  • 1 Quest Vanilla Protein Shake
  • 1 tbsp slivered almonds
  • 2 strawberries, diced

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 levels F and put together a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the bar into 1/4 inch items after which place them on the baking sheet.
  3. Bake the items for 3-5 minutes or till golden brown.
  4. Let them cool fully.
  5. Distribute the items between three serving bowls.
  6. Pour the Quest Vanilla Protein Shake over the cereal bowls and serve.

Questified 4-Step Chocolate Chia Pudding

Ingredients:
👉 ⅓ cup chia seeds
👉 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
👉 1 Quest RTD Chocolate Milkshake
👉 1 tbsp pure peanut butter

Decorations:
👉 Flowers
👉 Mint leaves

Directions:

  1. Whisk collectively the chia seeds & cocoa powder.
  2. Add in Quest Chocolate Protein Shake & whisk till clean.
  3. Layer with peanut butter.
  4. Top with flowers & mint.
  5. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

👉 1 Quest Vanilla Shake

👉 2 tbsp instantaneous espresso

👉 2 tbsp zero calorie sweetener

👉 2 tbsp water

👉 1⁄2 cup almond milk

Directions:

  1. Place the espresso, sweetener, & water right into a mixing bowl & use a handheld mixer to beat till fluffy.
  2. Fill two serving glasses with ice & 1/4 cup almond milk in every.
  3. Split the Quest Vanilla Protein Shake between every glass.
  4. Top with espresso foam.
