Ingredients

olive oil -

onion
diced -

cloves
garlic
chopped -

broccoli (together with stems and leaves)
chopped -
1/2
cauliflower (together with stems and leaves)
chopped -

c
water -
6
tbsp
vegetable inventory powder -
1/2
c
cashews -
2
tbsp
dietary yeast -
¼
tsp
dijon mustard -
1
tsp
sea salt -
¼
tsp
floor black pepper -
squeeze
lemon juice
To Serve
- grated cheese, , pink chilli flakes, cracked black pepper
Instructions

sauté chopped garlic, onion and coconut oil for two minutes, add chopped celery sauté one other 2 minutes.

Add chopped cauliflower and broccoli plus vege inventory, pop the lid on and produce to boil then scale back to a simmer for 15-20mins till veges are gentle.

Add herbs, switch combination to blender mix til easy, return to pan.

Blend cashews and water in blender til they type a easy cream, then add to the pan as nicely.

Add salt to style, reheat barely, then serve drizzled with hemp seed oil or cashew bitter cream and cracked black pepper.

- If you don’t have mint helpful, then you may also use 1 tbsp dried dill or different herbs.
- Make it nut free: use sunflower or watermelon seeds as an alternative of cashews.
